2022 Testing Information

AP Exams: All In-Person Exams for May 2022

If you are trying to register NOW (after 11/1/2022) for an AP exam, you must first pay for the exam in the Q Parent Connect. After payment, you will receive an email with the AP exam join code to register for the exam on your College Board account.

Ordering an exam is a 2-step process that begins now and must be complete by November 1, 2022, to avoid additional fees.

  1. Register on College Board using the join code provided by your teacher for each exam you want to take. Join codes also posted in The Panther CCC (room B-1)

  2. Payment due on Q Parent Connect by 11/1/2021. Instructions HERE
    • $40 late fee for any payments made after 11/1/21
    • Last day for late registration and payment: March 1, 2022

Refunds

  • AP Refund Request Form: HERE
    • Students must log into their @learn.conejousd.net account to fill out the form
    • $50 cancellation fee
    • Refunds accepted through June 1, 2022

Alternate Testing Requests

  • AP 2021-22 Alternate Testing Request Form HERE 
    • Students must log into their @learn.conejousd.net account
    • Must be a reason that is approved by CollegeBoard , or additional charges may apply. (see reasons here)  
    • If a school administers late-testing exams, students must test on the scheduled late-testing dates (May 17–20, 2022) at the scheduled times

There are NO LATE REGISTRATION options for IB testing.

State Testing Updates: CAASPP

  1. CAASPP Testing: All Juniors are scheduled to take the CAASPP tests beginning May 19th through May 27th.
  2. School Administration will be visiting Junior classes the week leading up to the testing to emphasize the importance of everyone giving their best effort during the tests. As we get closer to the testing, we will send home the brief presentation to parents as well.
  3. CAASPP testing will take place either in the gym, the library, or a specific classroom. All juniors will be notified where to report for the testing.
  4. Juniors with the last name A-L are scheduled to take the CAASPP test on Thursday, May 19th, and Friday, May 20th. Makeup exams will be the following week. Once the students complete their testing on those two days, they are excused from school for the remainder of the day.
  5. Juniors with the last name M-Z are scheduled to take the CAASPP test on Monday, May 23rd and, Tuesday, May 24th. Makeup tests will be given later in the week. Once the students complete their testing on those two days, they are excused from school for the remainder of the day.
